I am a diabetic patient from 4 years and usually sugar levels in fasting 200 and after food 260 I have requested my doctor to give insulin but he is not giving insulin prescription please suggest me which insulin should I take and dosage instead if tablets

Recently my TSH has increased,post its increase i am experiencing muscle weakeness,at times dizziness amd sometimes joints pain. The joints pain is not in a fixed joint at times knee and times neck and at times elbow. Is its all related to increased TSH or do I refer an ortho or get some blood test done. My thyronorm dosages has been revised and has been informed things will subside when TSH normalizes. Please advice.
