Hello Dr I m 63 yes old male diagnosed increased sugar level 10 days back. 157 fasting Nd 175 pp

Sir Before my doctor give me mixtard 30/70 And metformin 500 and the unit is in mrning 20 unit and night 10 unit bt in 10 unit sugar lavel is same 179-200 in fasting but in morning i m taking 20 unit then my blood sugar goes down like 50-40 and i am feeling weak etc so plwase tell me sir what can i do and sir glyness 500 and metformin 500 is same or diffrent Thanks

My TSH is 1.34 and my free T4 is 1.03 can you please suggest if I need to take thyroid tablets. Im currently under fertility treatment I had thyroid of 5.35 few months back before I had a cystectomy now after a month of surgery my TSH is 1.3. Hi, When tested the blood sample of my wife for Anti thyroglobulin antibodies(ATG), the report came has a value is 510(positive). Today when we consulted the doctor and showed him the report and he said that don't worry about the report, many of the people is having ATG as positive. And also TSH has came as 3.40, he has given thyronorm 12.5g as we are trying for children.After that we came out from the hospital and still I am worried about the ATG result. Please tell me what I need to do.
