DNS aft 2 mnth of tinitus

3 months ago, right ear was clogged along with tinnitus and a yellow waxy fluid was removed. After this, the ear felt normal but the ringing never stopped. Increased with time. Pain besid trachea

I have light pain beside trachea on left side.Sometimes it goes naturally and come back from one one month.my ENT check throat and say no infection.Sonography of neck is also normal So what is the possible reason.No trouble in swallowing.It could be acid reflux???No heart burn and no acid test in mouth and no hoarsenes

Ear blockage

I had cold 2 weeks back bcoz of which i devloped an infection which reached in my ear as explained by doctor.Then i took prescribed NOVAMOX 625MG and combo of levo-citerizine and ambroxol.. my ear were fine after 3-5 days of medication but i hear a bit less than usual and irritating buzzing sound everytime.
