Swelling under neck

Hi doc. Thank u for looking to my problm. I recently recovered from mumps 2 weeks back. This morning noticed a new swelling under the jawline again. It is quite evident. No throat pain or throat not affected in anyway. Not sure if its the lymph node swelling or a submandibular swelling. Could mumps relapse? Pls help.

Dry throat

I have dryness in my throat since 2013 dec.i smoke. Whenever i smoke it is very irritating and a bitter taste &sudden dryness comes up. No problem while eating food. Iv met ENT drs and dey have given me the same antibiotic treatmnt wich hasnt solved it and told to not smoke. Wat cud be the problem?
