Have a blocked nose & ears. Excessive mucus has formed been taking steam but its not working out. Need some medicine to take out the mucus.

I had fever and cough since three days and a doctor advised to have Azithromycin and crocin. Had for three days, felt better yesterday but fever is back today and now I have running nose as well. What should I do now? If I need to visit a doctor, should it be an ENT specialist or a general physician?

I have consulted a doctor she removed wax and all but along with that now I am hearing buzz sound from ear always..
