Hi, Recently I met with a ear injury while diving into pool and water got into ears badly.. I have consulted a doctor she removed wax and all but along with that now I am hearing buzz sound from ear always.. Also lost my appetite and 3kgs in just two weeks also loose motion is there sometimes.. please help

Meet your ENT specialist again. There may be a small hole in your eardrum that she have missed out previously. This could have been the inlet for infection into your body that have given rise to your symptoms.
