Increased uvula

Hi Doctor, Last night I had vodka with cold drink and today when I got up so u felt that my uvula increased in size and feeling bit unusual pain while swallowing anything. I had this issue earlier also but after some hours it got normal automatically. Could you suggest what needs to done.

Couldn't breathe because of blocked nose. Had swollen face. PNS xray revealed turbinate hypertrophy. After having medicine I was alright, untill after a week when I again had blocked nose.
