Couldn't breathe because of blocked nose. Had swollen face. PNS xray revealed turbinate hypertrophy. After having medicine I was alright, untill after a week when I again had blocked nose. I took L-montus tab which gave relief for another week or so and now m having the problem again. Can't breathe without nasal drop.

Which decade are you in? X-rays have long been abandoned as a diagnostic tool in the paranasal sinus region. Consult an ENT Specialist and get a coronal CT scan of your nose & paranasal sinuses. And stop using those OTC decongestant nasal drops which are really the cause of your suffering! The condition is known as Rhinitis Medicamentosa.
