Increased uvula
Hi Doctor, Last night I had vodka with cold drink and today when I got up so u felt that my uvula increased in size and feeling bit unusual pain while swallowing anything. I had this issue earlier also but after some hours it got normal automatically.
Could you suggest what needs to done.

Hello there.
The tonsils seem enlarged.
You need to do warm salt water gargles.
Avoid oily and spicy foods as these will irritate the area further and also consult a ENT surgeon in person. You night require a course of antibiotics.
