Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Past 10 days I have watery eyes,running nose,light cough. Feeling like feverish in the evening . I feel myself very weak and tired. Met general doctor ,got antibiotics and cold flu tablets ,but did not cure. Still it's is same ,not able to work properly, My nose and throat feels the flu and will be removing as when cough. Kindly guide me what would be the issue. Whom to consult "..."......".......... I see a white colour throat behind the back of my uvula and am worried. I had shown to a ENT specialist and he gave some antibiotics and told me not to worry about it but it did not sbside. One of the online forums doctor mentioned it is normal looking I have attached the photo . does the back of throat looks normal. I have stretching my throat a lot to see it adn use amrutanjan a lot in my nose which Ihave stopped for last 2 weeks . Can this irritation be the cause .Is there any thing serious you note . Thanks

Hi recently I met a ent specialist he told me that by seeing my Pns scan ur sinus was totally blocked and it is difficult to remove by medicine so suggested to go for operation and I'm getting severe one side headache from last 7-8years. Nowadays weekly 3-4days I'll be getting headaches. I have short term memory loss also is this due to sinusitis . So by undergoing surgery will my problem will be solved and is there any side-effects after surgery ( any swelling of nose or any other) now he given me spiromontfa tablet for 20 days and xylomist drops for nose . Now tablet also almost going to complete so what's ur suggestion shall I go for operation or not.
