I have cold and sinus problem from 4 days.. when ever I get up morning I have pain above my nose.. when I put my head down I feel something is falling from my head, what I have to do to cure this problem?

Hello....... Sinusitis means your sinuses are inflamed. The cause can be an infection or another problem.Take steam inhalation twice daily, take warm bath. Avoid cold weather and ice cream etc... It will subside in a week or so... Consult ent specialist in nearest hospital.
