Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having problems in breathing through nose..so she continuesly breathing through mouth...and souring while sleeping...please suggest some health tips

During every winter season my ear gets either left or right blocked. Nowadays at night when I sleep my left year gets blocked and does not open for hours. I try to clear the blockage by yawning or taking in the salaiva but this doesn't work. When I get up in the morning the ear again gets cleared after doing some walk. What would be the problem and what should I temporarily do for this.

Started 4 days back with throat issues. Then 100-101 fever. Took Dolo 650 for 1.5 days and now taking Azithromycin. Now the fever is not there but the throat is blocked, one ear is blocked (like what happens during a flight takeoff) and feeling heavy in the head. Block throat is also paining while drinking and speaking but not by touching from outside. Reasons I think can be changing weather as the day before the symptoms i traveled and took a shower early morning and also I ate excessive fresh Pineapple the day before it all started.

I am chawing pan masala 4 packet in a day .recently i feeling pain in my throat . Just wanted to know is this any cancer ? Or its toncil ?

I feel discomfort on the left side of my neck and shoulder as well " it has been over a month since this problem is persisting , first it was only on the left side of throat now it is on the left side of neck as well .

I am having some discomfort in the left side side of throat from last month the pain sometimes shifts to neck as well , i also have tingling and lost of sensation of left arm as well . Please suggest something .. I belive you doctors are blessing in disguise to mankind. Thankyou .. i ll be waiting with curioisity to hear back from you guys .

I have cold and sinus problem from 4 days.. when ever I get up morning I have pain above my nose.. when I put my head down I feel something is falling from my head, what I have to do to cure this problem?

I am getting dry cough continuosly , i have taken honey and gargaled salt water but i need chemical medicine for instant relief.

Since last two days clot is coming from mouth every 1-2 hour. He is CKD-V patient and I consulted nephrologist then she sugested some chaneg in dilysis and prescribed Dicynene 250 mg TDS for 3 days. Though the frequency has reduced but still the clot is coming.

I have a strange breathing disorder that I am suffering from last 3 months. During the day, I can breathe about 100% through one nostril and 50% through the other. It alternates between nostrils. I do not notice anything unless I hold one of my nostrils closed.  This problem gets worse as I go to sleep.I can breathe about 100% through one nostril and 0% through the other. when I alternate sides, the obstruction alternates as well.
