Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

As in this season reaping is under process so due to its dust there is irritation in my throats . And coughing also my voice has become dull . Please tell me how to treat it.

White spots have appeared on my tonsils. My tonsils are swollen as red as well. Is this strep throat? I also have a runny nose and cough and I haven't had a fever over 101.

I have been noticing white spots slowly appearing on my tongue. My tongue has recently started to burn and the white spots are still showing up

I have running nose for 3 months . blocked nose when I sleep and wake up .. No head aches .. I have tried some nasal sprays but only removed the blocks . then the nose keeps running .. Feel slight uneasyness in throat .

Doctor says migran, headache comes at 3 00 pm every day , Ealing morning, and in the night. I used to rub inox or amurithanjan and sleep.

I have severe throat pain since 2 days. Also headache and fever. I have taken dolo 650mg and aztromizin antibiotic from yesyerday. But no change in the vondition. Pls help.

Feeling tired,weakness, heavyness under eyes,often blocked nostrils,feeling sleepy day time, and restless in evening time,my face seems to be puffy fat under my eyes. often getting headache, alergic to cold items. And suffering lot in the winter season. Could you please advise me a good  treatment and life long cure to this problems.

My husband accidentally choked on a piece of lemon seed or ice cube ( he couldn't figure out which one it was) while having drinks last night. He couldn't breathe for a few seconds but the situation was under control after sometimes after he coughed heavily but he still feels something stuck inside with a sharp pain in the right abdomen near lungs. Is it something serious or is it just the heavy coughing and the fast compressions given on his lungs to make him throw out any food? He doesn't have any coughing or choking issue anymore though and everything else seems perfectly fine.
