Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am a new mother Nursing a 2 month old baby. I have developed sore throat and is starting to get painful. Please suggest some medicine that will not dharm my baby.

I got slapped on my left ear. It as quite gentle, not as hard as a fight. But still thereafter, it feels blocked. There is no pain, just blocked-ness. Please help. I have tried cleaning it, but that didnt solve it.

I have pain and scratchness at back of my throat(pharnyx) and have to constanstly breath through mouth

When i was child I have poured warm water in my left ear, because it was not clean(It was bad idea i know).Since that in my left ear when i shouting or there's a loud noise my ear starting murmur.It last 2 years now.

I have a pet allergy and wondering if the doctor is able to give me anything for it other than normal Antihistamine

USG report said " A small hyperechoic mass like area of about 7 * 4 mm seen in rt lobe of thyroid area with hypoechoic area around it. kindly suggest and she is very much afraid. I have ear block problem problem. It started a few days back when I went for a swim. After that I couldn't ear properly. So I tried cleaning my ear with ear buds, pouring lukewarm water. After that there started a pain in my ear. And I still can't ear properly.
