Multiple cysts in the thyroid are very common incidental findings during a routine neck ultrasound scans. It does not signify any disease.
Next Steps
Get a fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) of the thyroid gland which confirms the benign nature of the disease and its confirmatory
