FNAC features are suggestive of simple thyroid swelling which is not a cancer. These swellings are common in general population. Only indication for undergoing surgery in such a condition is cosmetic. Otherwise this swelling can be left alone. If thyroid function tests are normal then no medicines are required. Consult nearby ENT specialist for more information
