Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have to take duonase nasal spray every other day.otherwise I don't able to breathe​ freely. I always have runny nose/chocked nose.previously I have took 'Telecast L tab' every day for nearly 5 yrs.after As per another doctor I have changed it to 'Duonase Nasal spray' . I feel good due to this but when I miss taking spray my problem resurfaces again. What can I do please suggest and what are the side effect of this spray.

I have Vertigo, is there any exercises I can do to get rid of it? I know it is something to do with the ear maybe BBPV

Suffering continuosly with cold & some other problems.The symptoms he is facing that are cough ,throat problem for more than 20 days .It's still hanging around 30 days pain in chest.we should see a doctor for treatment for this case. This makes very unwilling for when we are something other work.
