Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Pain in chest ... Can't breath properly cough is all choked and not coming out nose , head and chest blocked. Constant coughing

I have been noticing that my tolerance to spicy food is becoming worse over the last 6 months. It's worse than what a small kid can take. I can notice redness and cracks on the tongue. Please advice?

I have ear block problem problem. It started a few days back when I went for a swim. After that I couldn't ear properly. So I tried cleaning my ear with ear buds, pouring lukewarm water. After that there started a pain in my ear. And I still can't ear properly.

Again and again I got throat infections,since 2007 at very first time my doctor told me that I got typhoid.after that several times I got throat infections.may be due to not a proper treatment of typhoid I got upper tract infections as well as typhoid.in 2015 again I got typhoid and acute throat infection .This problem exist with me after every three months...And continuous cough formation takes place due to Delhi polluted environment.. Kindly you suggest me what ayurvedic medicine I should take for permanent treatment of respiratory upper tract infection.

Last night there was a small quarell.after some time my eye got bulged and also some bleeding from the nose not continuously but whenever I sneeze getting blood Worried of whether it will cure / not And would I have to consult a doctor or it will cure

I have extremely bad allergies passed on from my mother which include runny nose,sore throat from mucus-lots of mucus, and itchy eyes. Im wondering what can i do to prevent my bad allergies from coming and what can I do when they come to stop them faster. Allergy pills don't really work for me:(

I was operated for ear drum hole in 2016 but again it formatted in same ear resulting in pain and continuously draining

From past some months I am feeling a drum like sound in my right ear and as I touch that area there is some nerve which has some sensation if I press it lightly the sound goes away. What could be the reason for this? Along with this I have observed that nerve under my right eye is also fluttering more than usual. Is there any connection.? Plz guide. Thanku
