Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There is a mucus under my nasal pipe Which goes from my nose to my mouth and it is choked. I think,it is happenning coz i slept overnight with the Air condition's blow on my face. My nose is choked and it is paining.

I have cough in my throat almost all the time and I have to cough it out to clear my throat. It really makes my life a living hell. At times I can feel it flowing very slowly from towards the upper portion of nose. On going through NCCT PNS scan, the doctor says that I don't have any serious problem and I just need to do deep breathing exercises like Pranayam and jogging which I have been doing for quite some time now but all in vain. So beforw I take any further step, I want to understand the medical findings in the report. So I am attaching the report, hoping that you will help me understand the medical findings- especially the IMPRESSION.

After clearing dust at home I sneezed and got cold with running nose and cough after sometime and my root canaled lower molar tooth( Capped 6 years back ) )started paining. Dentists say it is due to infection in tooth but no x ray was taken . My gums are not swollen and reddishThis is my third attack But I am sure that is due to sinus ! While browsing the net I got the information that lower teeth also get affected due to sinus in some cases. I have been taking Amox 500 mg and pain killer for almost 10 days . I also consulted ENT doctor but the recovery is not fast though there is some improvement I also take ketoral DT 10 mg. I strongly believe that it is due to sinusitis as I get pain near my ear . after some improvement I again exposed myself unwittingly to dust and the symptoms re appeared But Now I have no running nose. I get this trouble only when I get cold attack Kindly advise what to do next

My grandma's having a small thyroid lump on the left side of the throat from some months. Is it a possibility of cancer?

Tried everything to get rid of the blockage but cannot. Netty pot did not work, steam and eucalyptus vapours did not work, blowing my nose does not work. Also, high temperature, chest pain, sore throat and swollen glands. Does not feel like a normal cold, hence me asking on here.

Hi Doctor, From last couple of years I have a lot of dryness and itching in my both ear. I try to keep them clean and wash with only water. I dont use even soap to clean the ear however even though i have a lot of dryness in my ear. As a work around i use mustard oil drop with ear bud but again after one day the dryness starts and some sort of white power is visible in the ear. It causes a lot of itching as well. Please suggest.
