Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I was a smoker from past 3 years but left cigarette 3 months back. there is a problem i feel like something is stuck at back of my throat and there is a lot of whiteness i my tongue .. this an on an off situaition . no pain in throat but a very uneasy problem while eating .. attaching my tongue photo .. van anybody explaon is it a problem to worried ... .. please anyone ? and i spit alot little bit white sticky cough

My 3.5yr old daughter having some breathing issues in sleeping. day times she looks fine. After consulting a ENT , took NASAL ENDOSCOPY. and found that ADENOID BLOCKING 90% OF CHOANAE. Till today there is no other physical problems. Today found she is fevering. Please suggest how to proceed

I have nasal polyps but I am not feeling any other symptoms. I have taken nasal spray and antibiotics but its not shrink.

This morning I woke up and noticed my throat was sore on one side. I looked at my tonsils this afternoon and saw a clear blister like bump on the side that hurt. Now I'm worried.

I am feeling feverish and having sore throat alongwith mucous in my cough. I am feeling low on energy.
