Hi It is unlikely that pizza will get stuck in your wind pipe, but yes there is a possibility it getting stuck in your food pipe because you are saying that it is hurting you while eating. So I would suggest you to visit an ENT SPECIALIST and get yourself examined and start proper treatment. Regards

Since you have forced so much food down is ok does that that has caused pressure on your trachea. Do not worry there is no food in your lungs otherwise you wouldn't have been so normal you would have been have to rush to the hospital as you won't be able to breathe. It's just the feeling and it will go away. If it pains a lot take tablet as aceclofenac 1 Tablet 2 times a day.
Next Steps
if you are not convinced then you can get an ultrasound test done for an x ray chest.
Health Tips
always eat slowly once you as much as possible try to get down with water and do not talk while eating.
