Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I vomited 3-4 times at night had constant loose motions now my throat is aching a lot cannot swallow anything

Sore throat developed over last few days , can see odd yellow lumps on the back of throat, sore to swallow liquids and food

Hi, I am not able to hear clearly from my right ear. Its like a cotton plug or glue is in my ear or my hearing has become low.I am very worried about it. I read online that it may be due to ear wax and bought an ear wax softner drops and used it yesterday. But still no improvement. My friends and people always tell me that I don't hear low sound, they always need to talk louder with me but that hasn't bothered me always. Please can you advise what is happening with me, am i going deaf from one ear. I usually listen loud music for couple of hours in a day. My hearing from left ear is fine.Thank you doctor for your patience and advise

I have tonsile problem before 4month ..But i am not taking treatment from doctor.tonsile stone removed automatically.. Still it pain so much and tonsile size also Unshaped . Tonsile area infecting.it look like white cover

But it is curing while taking medicine only. last year at this same time it started and cured after about 3 months by taking many antibiotics.
