Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have pain in ear from last three days, some time there is itching also, I am using the soli wax from the same day but there is no any difference, I am having pain killer for handling the pain. Can you please tell me what I should do?

My son got cold, cough. we used meftal, ofloxacin, candibiotic drops.. but resound in ears is not completely solved. he is 14 years old.

Hello Doctor, I m so tensed about allergic cough that happens on interval of 2 or 3 months and took 10 to 15 days to go or even more sometimes. I always take Azithromycin tablets every time. But m tired now from this thing. Which type of therapy should I take to completely remove this thing from my life :( .
