Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When there is no noise in a room I sometimes get a ringing in my left ear. After I stand after lying down I sometimes get dizzy and see flashing lights for a few seconds, mainly when I am dehydrated. What could be causing these?

I have a pulmonary tuberculosis (minimal) and i'm currently on the medications but there is still a problem. I always feel like vomiting due to the mucus or phlegm in my throat. I always spit it out.
