Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Iam suffering problems of pre orecular ear.I already did surgery two times but the issue is not gone.

I am experiencing my left ear block and continued ringing sound in my left ear since a month. I don't have pain in my ear.

My daughter is diagnosed with enlarged adenoid due to which her ear has got infected. She had high pain for 4-5 days before we took her to the doctor (this was around 2 months ago). Doctor got the x-ray done and confirmed the adenoid problem. Now he says that a surgery is must. Consulted another doctor and he also says surgery is must.. one of our known doctor, a dentist,  says that she is too young and we should try Homeopathy instead of operation.  We went to a Homeo doctor as well and he said it can be cured but will take time.. but she is having constant itching and I can see done puss deposited inside her ear.   Homeo doctor has given the date if 19th July for investigation till then I fear her infection might increase.  I am in dilemma.. what to do. Heavy ness in my left ear,after slapped, feels it is blank,all i can feel is heavy feeling with blank sensation, a bit of pain too.

I have got DNS...And nasal breathing becomes difficult in laying position...It's okay during hot climate..But cold climate makes things worse...Sleep s getting disturbed tooo frequently...So I strtd using a decongestant...S der any other solution..

I usually saw after 3to 4 months some yellowish liquid comes from my ear. I am using a simple ear drop when it comes out after cleaning my ears.

Dear sir ,I am experiencing reduction in hearing from left ear .low level voice I am unable to hear this problem started from last 1 year..and most of of the time I have heartbeat sound in my both ears.

Dear doctor I have diverted nose septum. Its crearing obstruction to breath freely.You do septoplasty surgery ??How much cost for it and which type endoscopic,Laser etc??

As i frequently had sinusitis within months or weeks along with rhinitis so i consulted with an ENT spec. he gave me levocetrizine..., amoxycillin and clauvanate..., nimesulphide and paracetamol.. for 4 days and asked me to bring CT scan. After 4 days medi worked nothing but ct scan report gave some impressions i.e attached My Ent said in order to get rid of frequently blocking of nostrils problem and pain in eye orbital area you must have gone through septoplasty. Iwant to know if this surgery is must to recover or any other medication would work instead.
