Dizziness symptoms - On/ Off

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Dizziness symptoms on / off for the past 3 weeks with the room spinning around . A normal blood pressure of 119/72 , what's the best possible way to remedy this in quick way . not sure if its Vertigo, but request immediate responses.
