Swollen tonsils, rediish phyranx, , white small ulcer over tonsil. feeling of discomfort near voice box

Running nose since last few weeks and swelling is also in the nose and it pains a lot. I am always sneezing all 12 months but from few days sneezing increased.. Feeling suffocation. If you can help me? I have taken cetrizin tablets. From then I am not sneezing that much but still nose pain alot from inside and due to that one side of the face is paining.
