Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Had operation of septoplasty last month still I feel little pain nd uncomfortable. I doesn't feel like nose as before. If I touch one side of nose I can feel sensation on other side. Also operated nose I can see internal swelling too. Touching nose from front side is also uncomfortable.

My voice has changed for 2 months Pain in throat while talking Cough Have to put much effort and pressure on my throat while talking

I am suffering from pain in tongue and throat since 1 week. even after taking azythromycin 500, there is no sign of remedy. suggest some medicines. one dr said it may be problem of salivery gland.

A week before I had a throat pain and cold, 2 days before I feel my left ear is blocked having hearing problem compare to right ear.

From recent months I'm unable to tolerate noise in my right ear. Sounds like dogs barking, vehicle horns, and even people shouting. Last to last week I also went to a doctor, she provided me few tablets and an exercise to try to exhale air from ears. I couldn't visit her again because of my college classes.
