Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been suffering from mild Cough due to viral but even that has cured after taking meds. Now left with sputum issue, after every 10 minutes needs to clean my throat or nose. Unable to hear as well because of this problem. Itching in eardrums everytime. So irritating. Please suggest cure

Once or twice in a month i feel pain in my ears. Which medicine should i take ? I have neve been diagnosed for this problem earlier.

There is a severe pain in my left ear and also it has quite swollen up. And i am not able to hear properly from my right ear. This was caused by a hard hit on my ear. There is no bleeding from both the ears.

I am not able to make movement of left side facial muscles and I think it may be because of ear infection. Please help me in this case
