Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from sinusitis from 2 years .It was not as much difficult which i feel now. I am getting side headache both sides of head and back headache too. My nose is blocked and dry. Even i am having neck muscles aches too. It makes me too difficult to stand my head. Please help me to get out of this!

I got a surgery ( MLS - Laser ) done in throat for a nodule/polyp in my throat on 3rd Nov. 1) For how many weeks complete voice rest is recommended? 2)Partial voice rest is required for how long? 3)I am a singer and professionally a counsellor - Both jobs are voice demanding - After. how long can I really get back to this fully? 4)Can I workout during this period because that will create shortness of breath. I have a lump in the side of my neck. I am 17 years old and have had this for around a year maybe longer. It has only recently started to hurt. I have done the back thing of looking on Google at what it could be and now I am scared if it is cancer. My friend has the same but the lump is a bit higher and this turned out to be a salivary stone. I have been to doctors before but they said it's an infection. I don't know what else it could be

Long ago a piece of paper got stuck in left ear. Few months ago, i consulted a doctor. His assistant removed wax from ear and i was prescribed some medicines. i thought small piece of paper may have melted during long time and absorbed into the wax. However now i am feeling that the piece of paper is still there deep within. Is there any way to examine and remove it without using syringing. i don't want syringing as i doubt it will be effective. Moreover i am also having tinnitus.

Ear is blocked due to wax is not coming out of my ear and a irritating sound is continually there and a headache too..., it is for the third time I m facing this issue in last k e year,,, pls give a permanent solution...

I caught a cold about 5 days ago and then after that when i suddenly blow my nose theres blood in my mucus. But i think the blood only comes out in my left nostrils and in the othet is a mucus. Im also having pain in my left nostrils. Just a mild pain. And whenever i spit out my mucus that comes from my nose theres blood mix with mucus. Its been 5 days now since it started. What should i do ? Please help thanks.
