Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had an accident two days ago causing facial fracture. Doctors examined it, got xrayed, CTed. Zygomatic fracture. They stitched up the skin wound but said the bones didn't move so they let me home explaining it would heal on its own. Today I started to get mucus in my throat containing congealed blood (it's brown), should I be worried? Is this just the blood draining from my sinuses?

I am having a priblem in my throat and unable to get anything in, cant eat and drink as well since 3 hours its hurting while drinking and eating please help me

Mild pain in throat for 3 days. After brushing the very back of my tongue I end up finding mucus back there. After brushing my tongue, the middle of my tongue has an orangish tinge (I think it's blood). I also have what I think to be transient lingual papillitis on the very back of my tongue.

Hi, so I have been a mouth breather for all my life . At night my nose is constantly clogged and I sleep with my mouth open which causes me to snore. It is hard to breath out of one nostril at a time . During the day my nose is some times not clogged. My main questions is could my nose be deviated ?

I am taking cephalexin for tonsillitis and i was wondering if it is safe to smoke marijuana while taking cephalexin or if it will decrease the effectiveness of the cephalexin or cause any bad symptoms

I started having prescribed ayurvedic medicine for chronic rhinitis. However next day I got severe swelling on troat which normally happens when I get severe tonsils or throat infection. But this time it was due to medicines as I haven't taken any cold or something spicy food. Pls suggest
