Sir I am suffering from runny nose (water is coming from nose) and from five days s coughing regularly..and I have taken tablet minolast-lc ,but no use sir, when I am coughing white mucous is coming

Four years back to my right ear i had a tympanoplasty and everything was good, since from last two years during winter season i"m getting middle ear infection and my doctor use to give antibiotics to drain my ear.. but last month i taken my CT scan and found there is an infection in my mastoid air cell.. i consulted 4-5 surgeons and one surgeons and found these three options. 1. go for septoplasty OR 2. go for both nose & ear OR 3. go for ear only

My chest hurts when I breathe or swallow food. I have chronic anxiety and GERD, but I've developed pain in my chest, neck, jaw, throat, ear, and head on the left hand side recently after a bad panic attack. My dentist told me it's because I grind my teeth but it's hard to chew also now. I'm on Eliwel, Cintodac, and Eldicet. My chest pain feels worse - is it just GERD or should I be worried? I'm 26 Female.
