Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I just got lump below my ear and also I can feel something near my throat, please tell me medicine?

I have running nose for more than a week and now it hasa developed to cough and sore throat. I don't know what's the problem is and I am too afraid to eat too many medicine. please help me.

Iam having a severe pain in my ear since 2 days but I ignored it to jays I looked inside it I saw a pimple in it. Please help me any talked or any other drops

My throat is paining (not sore) from right side to down till upper esophagus(starting). From past 4-5 days i feel a pinch and pain in right side of my throat and redness when i tried to examine my throat . A point near adam apple is paining and i feel a pulse which i can feel by touching. Please help as i dont know what is this..
