I have recently started going for swimming and I can feel that water is stuck in my ear since a day. What should I do to get rid of water in my ear?

What is the best medicine for throat infection? Current i am using Azithromycin's azytral - only 2 tablets so far taken but no effect! Facing seviar throat infection. Kindly suggest asap.

My dad called me into his room cuuz something was irritating his ear where his glasses go , I have never seen something so weird... He has a bump that's squishy and kind of stings to the touch behind his ear on the top side , it's not in the crease though. It looks like a deep cut going through it but it's not an open wound.
