Pain in tonsillitis

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I have swollen tonsillitis for last 3 days. It start and after gargling it was reducing. I went to office today and again feeling same pain. The pain started all of sudden , seeems some infection as there is a road construction going in front of apartments. Pls suggest for immediate relief
