Tender for right nose Pressure sensation near eye ball.   Pholgem is prescribed by doctor It was cured but again started

Yellow fluid came from right nose.What might be the reason.I had little bit of tooth pain ,is that cause one of the reason.

I am 29 year old lady,I have too much sticky phlegm in my throat,which sound like drum is beating in my throat,from 3 days and it is very hard to cough out those phlegm.How should I get rid of this.Plz suggest a good medicine.
