Sore throat
I had fever a week ago but it went after taking one crocin but after that I have been suffering from sore throat. Previously it was full of mucous but now mucous is very less but soreness is still there. I haven't taken any medicine and it's been a week. Though the soreness has reduced but it's not gone completely. Should I take any medicine? if yes, please suggest which should I take.

You seem to be suffering from post viral cough which is common type of throat irritation and dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use dry cough syrups, strepsils like lozenges and steam inhalation for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
