Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My left ear is blocked since 2 days. However on stretching the ear it unblocks fully. There is no pain and i can hear partially. What should I do?

He is got ear pain from morning followed by 100.4 fever in the night. He is got slight cold too. Wat should we do now? Can we use otogecis Ear Drops?
