Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm experiencing frequent whistle like sound in my ears and blackout for ~5 seconds. Earlier it used to happen when I bend down bit now it has increased a lot and start anytime with any movement.

I've been having throat problems for 3 days now. Everytime I swallow, it feels like my throat is contracting even if I only swallow my saliva. At times I would cough but no phlegm would go out yet I know there is phlegm tho. I took lozenges to temporarily ease the disturbing feeling. Does the weather have something to do with this? How will I feel better? Thanks

Sir I have orophyrngitis from last one month. What should I do. I take all medication but it doesn't cure.

Iam suffering from cold and cough from 2months there is little improvement. My blood reports are OK .My chest x ray is OK but there is little problem I used to take a lot of medication.smoking was less but now I have completely stopped.

Cough with sticky and white mucus. Worse after waking up and at night. Shortness of breath sometimes. More than 8 weeks of suffering.

I have been prescribed to take levoflox 500mg for bacterial infection in my ear for 7 days. I missed it for 3 days. Will the medicine be effective if I continue for 4th day onwards . Or should I be taking someother medication or continue with this.

I have been suffering with a throat infection, i.e. some white spots at the area of my gland, probably its a throat infection because, i have a little bit pain also with a little fever, as the infection increase the fever will increase. so can i take ZERUDOL SP tablets for it
