Water went through my nose
Water went through my nose and now I am having a panic attack hard time breathing is it bad if water go through my nose and what should I do

It's just water that went in. Water is normally present in the body. So no harm will be done. If there is congestion or stuffiness u can do steam inhalation and take antihistamines.
