Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sinus, nose blocked, breathing problem, Voice not clear, nose running, etc. Please suggest me what should I do

I underwent Rhinoplasty surgery in 2012 in Pune. I have been feeling pain in right side nostril of my nose. I have been feeling like that bone is not healed properly or not connected yet. When i touch it I feel pain and my. Ose has become some bend. Also the shape from botb sides are different. Right side nose has grown as it was earlier. Whether it can be corrected? I have been feeling like blurred vision and some balance problem like when i stand looking bottom for a while i feel i may fall down spinning some experience.. Whether it is connected to my nose?

Obstruction in right nose. Vry loud snoring at nght. High BP. Drowsiness n tired during daytime. Getting up multiple times at nght

I am having red throat, and blocked ear..i tried valsalva maneur but it didn't help ..I get blocked ears very often ..even when i get very very little cold.. I once got to see a doctor he checked my ears and done varoius test..which all result in normal...they also done frequency test in which i have to hear the highest and lowest frequency..(i forgot the name of test) which also normal, And then i got to a MBBS doctor.. I told him the conditons he checked my throat..and said your throat is very red..and ear problem is causing by throat ..he prescribed medicines ..i completed the course but nothing happend.HE check my Throat when i was normal ,means i don't had any cold.. But my ears were blocked.he asked me if throat remain same red all the time , and i Said yes .. Because it was like my normal throat..and i didn't feel any hurt or sore in my throat . I am having blocked ears after every 1-2 months. What should i do?

My daughter's ear is filled with wax, what should I do. I put solerwax eardrops but wax is still jammed.

My 6 year old is complaining of left ear pain with coughing and blocked nose. Given her half tablespoon of Flexon. Can I give her Augpen DS Wikoryl syrp ? I fear that if I supress cold it may increase the coughing. Kindly suggest the suitable medicine!
