Sore throat over 8 weeks
Have been having sore throat for almost two months. Have tested for TB as well but failed it. Have been gradually losing weight for some time also. On anti allergic medicine right now but see no help. ESR is high also.. Kindly suggest

You have to repeat TB testing as also a throat swab. Malignancy screening needs to be done as the symptoms are not at all non ominuous . Continue with the medicines as if now you have to consult further one to one basis I would like to take this case

Already mentioned all. More tests bloods .. or endoscopic examination can be done sos or one to one basis first a phone call is warranted none the less due weight loss history
