Sir had red throat in back of neck from last 4 months I take lot treatment but it can't clear can it is related with cancer like hpv or other

I have tinnitus more than 4 months. Is it possible to cure with medicine or else I go to operations. Kindly suggest me asap. It's really a mental torture

I'm feeling pain in right Ear. Sometimes it seems normal but many a time it become severe. It started around 15 days ago. What to do?

I have problem of asthma, along with some cough and cold. If I take medicine of Montelukast group in the night then next day I would be fine but I don't then horrible coughing starts in the morning.
