Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since last 3-4 days it has started. There's no pain nothing, the last medicine I took was Cefakind CV 500mg, for tonsillitis, that too only once on the evening, can this be the reason for the developed tinnitus? I do have anxiety issues but right now it is fine, in my left ear also i get itching and soreness inside when I put my finger( this use to come and go occasionally, but tinnitus never occurred.). Please help me out as this is getting so irritating :(.

While gargling with Ready rinse which has benzydamine I accidentally swallowed a bit of it . Is it dangerous for my health if swallowed ?
