Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having tonsil in throat and due to that problem in swallowing. Mild fever and fussiness and headache .

Hii, I am suffering from rhinitis as nasal congestion is there and there is problem in dust allergy so I want to know what is the best treatment for this..which medication is best for rhinitis treatment. Note: want to know as it will affect to eardrum for retraction issue or eardrum intact.

For the past 3-4 days i have an entremely stiff neck were i feel pressure at the back of the neck even if i move it side to side. Also, from the past 10ish days i have been feeling as of there is something in my throat with pus like fluid dripping down my throat all the time. It literally smells like poop. I dont have any fever or cough but the above symptoms are bothering me. Please guide.

I always used to have a blocked nose and irritations in my nose and throat from childhood.Recently i experience pain in my head.I met with an accident recently.After doing CT scan i realized that i have "mucosal thickening of left maxillary sinus".And i also have dark bloods in my snot.Is it an infection in the sinus or an internal injury caused by the accident?How should i treat my sinus wall thicknening?

I got cold since past 5 days(blocked nose & running nose) and over the counter tablets are not helping, I took even sinarest but no improvement , what should I do? What blood test should I take to find out what illness I have?

One of my friend diagnosed with lymph node tb in the neck after biopsy report. The swollen lyph node has been removed with pus. Now she is under medication Akt4 and levofloxacillin 750. It's been 2 week but she still have swelling in the surgery area and some discharge also. How long would the swelling persist? Is this the normal or the process of healing?
