Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One day while waking up, I suddenly started to hear some high pitched ringing in the ears. After going through some articles, I found it is SUBJECTIVE TINNITUS. I'm hearing in both the ears, sometimes if feel like coming from the head. No ear pain or discharge or fever. Consulted a nearby ENT specialist, he said no ear wax buildup and ear looks clean. Preferred some antibiotics for meinere's disease and common cold. I took it for 5 days and the issue not resolved. After took an Xray, he confirmed it is sinus and prescribed the same medication again for 5 more days. Symptoms not resolved this time too. Now it's almost a month, still having the tinnitus, nasal congestion and sometimes feels the head is pressurized. Is it surely sinus problem ? Or I need to worry about hearing loss. I'm a normal user of headphones for past 6 month i spent some time in gym and soaked in sweat, will sweating have anything to do with this ? Pls enlighten me doctors, I'm terrified.

I tested covid positive on 16 April. Had 3 days fever. Home quaratined only. I feel my throat is choked but there is no phlegm when i cough.It feels little difficult to breath when i am looking down. Also when i am walking and talking on phone i feel breathlessness. Feels difficult to swallow also. No throat pain

Tested as Negative for corona. But still throat pain continues for last few days. Pls suggest me what have to do.. Taking vitamin pills and mouth washing with hot salt water.

Had a very bad sore throat. Very painful to swallow. Whole mouth and tonsil was covered with some whitish thing. Took antibiotics and sore throat healed. Didn't repeated the blood tests. During covid ,health anxiety developed and searched for few things. N/L ratio was too high and lymphocytes were very low. Now I am worried whether it was sore throat only and something serious which I missed. Please tell it is possible to have such report while sore throat.

Sudden appearance of small white dots inside the cheeks they are not itchy or not causing any other problem right now and i googled about it and it says they are Fordyce spots. So how can i know what these white dots are and how they happen suddenly

Are xylometazoline hydrochloride nasal drops or any other nasal drops bad for hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism? Or they are only bad for hyperthyroidism or none?
