Vertigo issue reqd of permanent solution
Today had two to thrice feeling like spinning and dizziness. Once in a year coming across like this. Earlier 2019/2020 had same problem.consulted ENT and ortho for the same. Consumed tablets and was ok. Heard that imbalance fluid in the ear or spine issue will face this problem. Wanted to know if consuminfg of ice creams , cold water, cold drinks and continuous use of AC also trigger this spinning and dizziness. Since had ice cream, cold drinks due to this hot summer. Also basic medications required to overcome from this problem. Need advice of permanent solution. I am from Chennai. Please advice.
