My dog it's Lassa hypso he not eating any thing properly for last few days. Vominting whenever eat and enable to poop

My puppy was playing with us suddenly he got a cut in his mouth or tongue and it started to bleed we applied ice and it stopped is it common ? My vet said he is alright but I am worried

My dog died today. He was fine until this morning, but then he vomited twice and had diarrhea with a jelly-like white substance. He lay down and then he couldn’t stand up or close his eyes. His body was completely paralyzed. He was breathing heavily and then he passed away in the evening. I don’t know how I can live now. Can any doctor tell me what disease he might have had? Was it rabies or something else?

I am from India, on 2rd October  when I was sleeping at night with bedsheet on me a bat entered my room , after realising I have applied detol on allover me .. and had went to doctor immediately but he denied to give me any rabies vaccine saying it is not need it's been 10weeks and I have visited 6different doctors but all of them had said no need for PEP . But I am too afraid of what if I have rabies now so if any normal thing happens with me like runny nose,acidity negative thoughts starts coming to my mind.. what should I do and is there still any reason for me to fear the worst case(rabies)?

I completed the full course of rabies vaccine 7 months ago, after being bitten by my dog. And my dog died today😞. but I don’t know if it had rabies or not. If I take a booster dose now, will I be safe or not ?? Because before 3 days ago the death I got a scratch .

I told my first dog died suddenly four days ago, and then my second dog vomited three times and showed the same symptoms as my first dog. I called a doctor who gave  some medicine and then came to see our second dog. He said it might be food poisoning and gave my dog two injections. He said my dog was not in danger because she became energetic and recovered. She ran, played, and did everything normally. But in the evening, she started shaking like she was paralyzed, just like my first dog. She also salivated and jerked around. Then she died. I am shattered. At first I want to say that there is a small black scar on his neck because he was bitten by a stray dog before adoption, because after that incident I adopted him .but the scar is not a problem. The problem is...Despite consulting numerous  doctors, I have unfortunately wasted my money as there has been no improvement in my dog's condition. Is there any other doctor who can provide assistance? My dog is experiencing hair loss and reddish skin issues, along with patches of black . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated🙏🙏🥺(he is 1 year old)
