A street cat had scratched my daughter on her hand and wound had little bleeding . She had taken tetnus and anti rabies injection in oct 2023. Does she need to take anti rabies injection again.

No she won't need rabies vaccination again since she was given once when that thing happened, if she gets bitten by any stray animal once again she may need the rabies vaccine again... We also understand one thing, rabies gets mainly through bite of rabid infected animal and not through scratches... Thank you.

Usually, anti rabies vaccinations are valid for one year. You can reconfirm it with her pediatrician too.

Depending on the category of the wound she may need to take post exposure ARV schedule  kindly followup with the doc who has seen the wound.
