Child Health Issues

My child is 1 Year  Months and weighs 8.7 kg. She had dysentery for 6 days and settled now. We used Zanocin 50 (5 ml) for 3 days because of infections diarrhea. But high fever started now, it is reaching up to 103. My doctor asked for a blood and urine test.  Blood test shows there is a possibility of urine infection. We are asked to manage fever with imol 60ml in our home. We already gave 4 doses at 6 hrs interval We are starting zifi 50 (5 ml) from today. Is this kind of fever common after dysentery and when this will settle?

My baby is 4 years old, very much active boy , running , jumping here and there , climbing stairs , engaged in playing activities ...but suddenly he complained about difficulty in standing ...but after 1days there is improvement  ,..now he is standing well ...but little difficulty in walking ... Is there any strain in the joint muscle of knee...or. Any problem ? Doctor adviced me to watch for 3 days ...

Is Recurrent cold , and severing coughing is sign of asthma in child? Is inhaler therapy will be for long term for child...

My baby is 19 months old and weighs around 11.5 kg. He is having high fever 102-103. Crocin seems ineffective as his temperature again rises after 2 hours of crocin. He is having cold as well. Please suggest dosage of ibugesic plus. He is cranky and not eating anything due to fever.

My son is suffering from Fever(99 to 104) since 4 days and cough since 10 days. Doctor suggested for few tests and in result CRP level detected as 64.5 . Doctor suggested for antibiotics(Monocef 1mg thru canopy) for 4 days, does CRP level gets down after taking antibiotics. Do I need to worry for the value what we have got now. Is there any serious ? Please suggest as we are very much worried. My son is active and as usual when we put Calpol , and when body temperature increases he becomes dull. He is having food and fruits as usual and drinking enough water. What are do's and don'ts to reduce CRP level to normal . What precautions to be taken to maintain CRP level normal in my son. He speaks some words clearly.but,  He is not making sentences. He understands everything but doesn't express by talking. If he wants anything he does signal that thing.

A month old baby she is a side sleeper she sleeps so comfortable in side ways is it safe to let her sleep in that way??
