Can I give cheese or paneer to my baby. She is 8 months old. Also can I give raw mango water to baby?

Can we mix 2 stage 1 formula powders of different brands together n give it to the baby . my baby is 1 month 11, days old. 90% formula 10% bm. She used to take similac and we switched to aptamil gold as per doctors advice

Results: 1)CBC: (a) haemoglobin (gm/dL)- 10.4                           (b) Lymphocytes percentage -  58.9                           (c) Platelet count(10^3/uL)-  660          2)RFT:  (a)Serum Creatinine(mg/dL):-  0.24                       (b)Uric Acid(mg/dL)  : 1.4 Is there something to be worried about in this report,plz let me know if there's something to be worried in this report.
