Child Health Issues

Hello Doctor, my baby is born on 27th February 2024 in Frankfurt Germany. He is just 2 months old. He was having issues related to breathing after he born but recently he got pneumonia and admitted in hospital since 20days. Doctor gave some antibiotics for 5 days and stopped. Also could see lungs are better now in x-ray but still having infection. He is having still cough and lots of mu cus around his möuth and he is unable to drink milk as before. Can you please advise if any cough syrup or other medicine can be given? Also can I give mucolite drop for cough as here doctors are not giving anything except inhalation.

My son is 2 years and 6 months old he used to speak only some little words and can't be built in the sentence of three to four words too but he understands us and used to make eye contact and smile to others. When we call him with his name he used to answer sometimes and sometimes not. And he used to sing some rhymes and numbers with his little words, he used wishes and smiles to all his known neighbors and family members . He is not always responding and answering when we called him and asked something he already knew Is it autism. What is autism ? If yes, how can we help him to overcome this. Is there any cure for it and does it seriously need attention. help me out

My baby has been suffering from fever for 3 days, and he is coughing a little bit also. He had fever on february, then doctor had given him monocef ocv 100/62.5, 2.5 ml two times a day..then my baby was 1 year 3 moths old..Now he is 1 year 6 months old..I did not visit doctor this time..This two days I have given him same dose but fever is not going away fully..After 5 hours of using paracetamol, fever is returning again..Today I wanted to make an appointment to my doctor..But he is absent today..I have got appointment for tomorrow..Now I don't understand if I have to increase monocef ocv doses or not so that my baby will get rid of fever soon.. please help me

Hello doctor my kid is 4 years old she is drinking nearly 750 ml of water a day and she is passing urine frequently like 9 times a day is this normal ?she didn't have any pain or fever she is perfectly normal am I need to worry night time two times she is passing

Hi, My son aged 4 , have the symptoms of herpangia. Feeling sore mouth, lips, Throat. With sudden fever at high. Already visited nearby doctor. But my son not able to drink even water. What should I do now? Kindly advice.

My 2 months baby cries a lot while taking feed. I always take out the burp even then she cries like having a lot of pain. At times she will be very hungry but as soon as after 2 3 sips she pushes away the spoon or the bottle and cries in hunger. We give her colicaid as well. The doctor says it's normal upto the age of 4 months but it's affecting her intake as well. We have even started protectis 2 times a day. What else can be done.

My son is 26 days .he has sticky eyes .Dr recommend moxiflocine eye drops 4 times in a day .one drop at a time . please suggest me is it safe to use this drops or your recomend anthor drop aur treatment
