My 2 year old baby wt 13 kgs. Her foot sole is yellowish and palm is yellowish since a month but she is highly active no records of fever , her stool is clear , her appetite is normal. She is eating well. In her diet i give her puffed rice and mixed boiled veg , fruits papaya , watermelon apples , lunch fish stew which consists of potato sweet potato carrots parbal and raw papaya. and same in dinner both with rice . and formula milk twice daily 8 ounce . What can be the cause of yellowish colour of palm and sole . Should i be worried

Its called carotenemia due to excess vitamin A in diet. Avoid carrots and papaya. It should settle.
But please consult a pediatrician to be sure its not jaundice
